Two weeks after returning from our wedding in Prague, back to the rainy UK, us and our guests continue to comment daily on how perfect the day was. We could not fault PW in any way. The service prior to and on our day was fantastic. Katka and Nikola were very personable, professional and ensured the day ran completely smootly. Prague weddings were very responsive to emails and got back almost immediately. We liked the fact that prices are stated on their website- it's very honest. Most wedding agencies do not quote prices until you have been in contact, and this can be a lengthy process and takes time. Customer service was excellent from the outset and made the decision very easy.
All the finishing touches we had requested were carried out above and beyond what we could have hoped for. They also ensured that all vendors involved in our day were top quality and again, everything was perfect. Our guests were so impressed with everything and the high standards throughout the day... we now want to persuade some of our friends to do the same and choose to get married in Prague so we are able to do it all over again! A special thank you to Katka who coordinated everything from the start throughout our wedding and completely understood everything we envisioned and wanted from the day.

We didn't expect pragueweddings.com to be so great, they did their job and so much more, the people we met were all very nice and helpful and they made us feel welcome in a foreign country. We had a very small wedding but Lucie and Katerina made it a very special day for us, everything went so smoothly and perfect. Our wedding day turned out to be the best day of our lives and we hade so much fun, it just was such a great day and so stressfree. Our photographer was great and made us feel very comfortable even if we are both camera shy. The make-up artist and hair stylist made me look and feel like a princess. Even Prague was such a great city to get married in, everyone so friendly, strangers congratulating us and clapping for us, taking photos and waving at us, we felt like celebrities.

Now it's been already about a month since our wedding in Prague in June. We look at our photos and our video and can't event believe that we managed to complete such an adventure! And mostly thanks to PragueWeddings.com and Magda especially!!!
It is not very easy to organize the wedding remotely, so we definitely decided to use the agency and we hit the nail on the head selecting PragueWeddings.com. Magda was so much helpfull to us we coudn't have even expected, she was very professional and attentive, she gave us a lot of great advices, answered to all of our endless questions and found out many details we have concerns on. We are really happy to had her as our wedding coordinator!
We feared the wedding in foreign country could turn out to be very expensive, but it is not at all. Instead of having a big wedding at home we had a small but memorisable wedding in Prague. We had only our parents and really close friends and the wedding went great! My father told me recently: "What a pity the wedding has already passed, how great it would be to repeat it!" And that's right, PragueWedding.com helped us to organise our own fairy tale in Prague!

Since we have been home, everyone keeps asking how we did it. I tell them, I can't take any of the credit, it was all Magda! She handled everything and made the whole experience really wonderful. I cannot speak more highly of all the people who worked with us and who we met through the process. She was organized, kept us up to date with schedules and budgets, and answered all of our questions quickly. We originally planned to elope and at the last minute (3 weeks before) decided to bring our families along and she took care of changing all the arrangements immediately. Everything was flawless! We intervierwed MANY wedding planners in Prague. Many. All of them either were going to put us through pre-planned weddings in very sterile places (hotels only), that had no personalization, many seemed shady and only wanted to deal in cash. Some were very inexperienced. Put it this way, if we hadn’t met with Martin that morning, we would not have gotten married in Prague. It was very clear that Prague Weddings was willing to personalize something for us to reflect us as a couple and also incorporate our experiences in Prague from when we lived there ten years ago. I wish that we didn’t have to use a friend to call in a favor to meet with Martin, and instead book it before our travel, but I guess we had to see how bad everyone else was to realize how good you guys are!

We decided we would like to get married in Prague the year previously when we saw another wedding taking place whilst we there. When we go home we did some investigation. Clearly cost is a major factor in arranging a wedding and the costs provided by PragueWeddings were very reasonable and once we realised a wedding in Prague would have similar costs to one in Sunderland that was it! We couldn’t have asked for more as Magda was very accomodating and responded quickly and thoroughly to everthing that we needed. Added to that, Magda was very pleasant and engaging throughout the whole process, so much so we couldn‘t wait to meet her! I don‘t think we could suggest any improvements. We liked the idea of the inspection trip and it seemed from that visit with Martin that prague weddings were a professional organisation. Also we got several emails follwing that trip explaining that would happen if we decided to go with them. Service was excellent. o the very first response we got from your agency was by far the most professional we had received, the transparency regarding but also,

- Our expectations were to have your help with choosing the church, the venue etc, also making decisions on decorations, flowers and other details. We got a list of all the online planners that came up on Google and had a look at their websites and what venues and services they offered. We narrowed it quickly down to two - PragueWeddings.com and PragueWeddingPlanners.com and sent and inquiry email to both. We had read on the online forum noted above that a lady from Ireland was a planner for PragueWeddingPlanners and we thought from a language and cultural point of view she may be able to identify with us more. We sent an initial inquiry email to both sites. The promptness of response, interest and amount of info given by Anna of Pragueweddings.com straight away (within hours) was really encouraging that we didnt even wait for a response from the other site and within a few days had arranged for come to Prague to check out venues. Also your website was more detailed and we liked the availability to see prices on the website upfront. Magda was excellent. Throughout the entire planning process she constantly communicated clearly with us and always gave us more than enough information and choices to enable us to make decisions. We always felt that she had everything under control and she was able to calmly alleviate any worries we had.

It is quite nerve wrecking to book something as important as your wedding over the internet. You have worries about weather the company is legitimate, and weather you will get what you see on the internet. It helped me a lot and put my mind at ease when I was given an email address for a past client. Also on the inspection trip my mind was totally at ease after meeting with Magda and Martha. Visiting the venues and seeing the mangers and also meeting the priest, was a big part of why we made the final decision to go ahead. I think the inspection trip was the most important part when it came to making our decision. Anybody can make something sound and look wonderful on the internet and in magazines etc. The most important thing is to get potential clients to visit and see for themselves what they will get. I was happy to have been offered accommodation in the PW apartment and the collection from the airport. Everything was explained to me step by step. The communication and service was 100%.
Magda was excellent to work with. She was always available to answer any questions I had and make any changes I requested. On the day of the wedding and the 3 days before, Magda was an absolute savior. Everybody was so impressed by her professionalism and also her warmth and kind nature. Clara who was the second coordinator on the day was also fantastic. My whole family and all of my friends were so impressed by how the too girls took control and how they made our day go so perfect and without a hitch.

Communication was excellent and we felt all was under control. It was especially nice when emails were responded to quickly. Especially with Magda, when the silliest questions answered clearly, patiently and at all times in a very friendly manner.Overall the excellent communication from the PW team would be one of the reasons I would have absloutely no problem in recommending PW.
It is hard to believe that one of the hardest part of our whole experience with PW, and with Magda in particular, is trying to put into words what an absolutely fantastic job that was done!
It is actually quite an emotional experience. Communicating with someone you have never even met for months and entrusting to them with one of the most important days of your life, and yet maintaining at all times the uttermost confidence that all will be done without a hitch. This in itself is a great skill.I cannot state fully nor eloquently enough how perfect our day was. In all ways it exceeded both our and our families expectations. Every detail was considered. At no times were we made to feel that we were a burden or our requests were unimportant. Hopefully, without it sounding too much of a cliché I can honestly say it was one of the best days of our lives!
